About us
Young People Come First
It’s that simple. Whether we’re supporting a home with an Ofsted judgement or providing supervision to an experienced RI we keep this value central to the way we work. This honest, reflective, caring and non-judgemental approach is a value base we share with our customers and is why dialogue are trusted by so many local authorities, providers, commissioners and the regulator.
Consultancy
dialogue is made up of over thirty associates with in depth experience of their subject area. Most are still in practice so our delivery and expertise is current, relevant and makes a difference to young people. Our associates include safeguarding managers, youth workers, residential managers, teachers, LSCB chairs, inspectors, best interest assessors, commissioners, assistant directors and directors.
From our diverse and experienced team we carefully select the consultants and trainers who best fit your needs as an organisation.

Your support and guidance have been invaluable to me in my role as RI and to the organisation , your knowledge , experience, and skills are really exceptional and you immediately understood where we needed your guidance. Ofsted commented that it was very positive that we collaborated with an external body to identify areas of development. You have been able to share a clear framework for us to work from moving forward which is brilliant.
Operations Director and RI, Artemis Support
dialogue are now in their second season of delivering independent safeguarding reviews of EFL in the Community football club charities and have completed around 30 visits to date. From the outset, we had a clear vision for what we wanted these reviews to achieve and how we wanted them to feel for the charities involved. dialogue have not simply delivered against this vision; their expertise has actively developed and strengthened the process in ways we would not have reached on our own. Through their insight and experience, they have shaped a review framework that is more robust, more meaningful, and ultimately far more impactful for the organisations taking part.
We have been consistently impressed by the review team’s ability to engage trustees, senior leaders, designated safeguarding leads, and staff and volunteers as a whole, and to bring people with them through the process.
