The Course
This new course from dialogue, one of the leading training organisations in the country, ensures Directors not in Responsible Individual positions have a proper understanding of their regulatory responsibilities to ensure settings are well led, safe and help young people achieve.
Suitable for: Directors of children’s homes, independent fostering organisations, supported accommodation, and residential family centres who are not in a named regulatory role (RI/NI).
Meet Your Trainer
Chris Freestone has held senior leadership roles in education, health and social care including roles as an inspector in both education and social care. Chris works alongside leaders in supporting the development of their operational and strategic practice – always with the child at the very centre.
Her style and approach is grounded in taking organisations forward on their journeys to improved outcomes for children and young people whether in an education , social care or health setting , working within the guidance and frameworks of the sectors. Chris also helps leaders and their teams to develop reflective practice and to ensure that a culture of continuous development is in place.
The course challenged you to look at possibilities you might not always feel comfortable in doing. Good course, very informative and well put together. I would recommend it to any directors.
