optional coaching
To build directly on the learning from the course, participants are offered an optional one-to-one coaching session with the trainer.
This session is designed to:
Review Documentation: Participants are encouraged to share their SC1 document (and ideally their Fitness and Propriety Questionnaire – FPQ) beforehand for a half-hour desktop review by the trainer. This helps proactively identify and address potential gaps an inspector might question.
Build Confidence: A dedicated one-hour session focuses on coaching and building confidence in answering regulatory and inspection-style questions. (Please note: This is a coaching session, not a mock interview.)
Action Plan: Following the session, the trainer will dedicate a final half-hour for admin and write-up, providing a letter detailing the experience and offering specific feedback and actionable next steps.
