The Independent Children’s Homes Association (ICHA) is the voice of independent providers of childcare services and resources for children and young people.
ICHA have begun working with dialogue to provide training opportunities for Responsible Individuals and Managers.
We are going to be running courses in your area soon, beginning with Responsible Individual training.
We will be running courses regionally covering a range of management related subjects. ICHA has negotiated a 25% discount for our members on these courses and will also receive some funding from courses which are full.
To hear about training running in your area please register a profile with dialogue. Where there is sufficient demand we will then set up a course local to you. The information used should then allow you to book onto the training with a single click when it is arranged.
Dialogue has been delivering some very well received Responsible Individual training and has a range of training focused on the needs of managers and leaders of children’s homes.
