Smoking prevalence in care can be 23 times higher than other young people, while training and confidence of staff to intervene is low. This programme supports the development of comprehensive strategies to promote adherence to smoke-free policies within residential units for looked after young people, and to empower staff to intervene and access support pathways for our young people.
